AFRICA: THE BIRTHPLACE OF MANKIND

From Egypt, with borders on the Mediterranean and Red Seas to South Africa, where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet, and from Ethiopia and Somalia in the East to Senegal and The Gambia in the West, Africa is a land of great beauty, glory, wealth and diversity.

Its twelve million square miles host fifty-three countries to include the island of Madagascar and smaller islands in the Indian Ocean and in the North and South Atlantic Oceans.

With as many ethnic groups residing in present-day Africa, languages number in the thousands with English and French the predominant official spoken languages.

Travel to Africa with prior knowledge of the continent is a must! To receive the warmth and to witness the beauty is an experience that will serve to take one back to Africa time and again.
